The 66-year-old woman has repeatedly protested in front of the District Court that she just wants to protect her health. She didn’t realize she had broken the law. In November 2020, a retired man without a mask was outside in the town square in Aichach. At the time, however, there was a demand for a mask. The confirmation she presented to the police during the check turned out to be false. As a result, she now had to answer in court for using an incorrect health certificate.
